An account with Dragon Vaults requires proof of valid retail business (non-expired Sales Tax Permit matching your business address)
We encourage any dispensary to apply for an account and start offering Dragon Vaults' products to their customers.
- Read the terms of agreement below. By submitting the application you are agreeing to the terms of agreement.
- Fill out the application form including a copy of your sales tax permit as a PDF, JPG or PNG (you can snap a picture with your phone as long as its legible).
- Within 24 hours (usually much quicker) you will receive an email with a link to set an account password.
You are now ready to enjoy convenient online ordering and reordering at wholesale pricing. Dragon Vaults is looking forward to helping you delight your customers.
General Terms of Agreement
To qualify for wholesale purchases, you must be a valid retail business and by agreeing to these terms and conditions you certify that you are.
Dragon Vaults products are expressly intended for use with legal smoking products, for ornamental purposes, collector purposes, or other lawful purposes only. No other use for these items in any way is either intended or condoned by Dragon Vaults.
Wood is a natural product. Appearances of wood can vary from board to board, even when sourced at the same time from the same venue. Dragon Vaults' imagery and samples are used to demonstrate the general style and quality of the products, but the final product may feature slight variations.
How to order
Orders can easily be placed via this secure wholesale site.
If you haven’t done so already, please register for a wholesale account to conveniently manage all your orders from our site.
New accounts have to be approved by Dragon Vaults before your first order is processed.
We typically approve new customers within 24 hours.
We ask that you please order a minimum of 10 units each order placed. If minimums are not met, you will be asked to place an additional order for the remainder.
If you would like to order larger quantities (more than $1200) please contact us before ordering so we can schedule your order.
All orders placed by you are subject to Dragon Vaults' acceptance. We reserve the right to reject any order.
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours after placement.
Orders canceled later than 24 hours that have not started production will be charged a cancellation fee of 15% of the total order.
Orders that have started production can not be canceled.
Unless otherwise agreed to, we ask you to allow us 10-12 business days to manufacture your order. Large orders may require more time; please contact us for estimates.
We will always strive for the shortest possible time without compromising quality and will keep you updated on the status of your order.
We accept payments in Cash and all major Credit Cards with no transaction fees (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, VISA). All orders are invoiced via email with a link to our secure, PCI DSS compliant payment terminal. Dragon Vaults does not store sensitive payment information.
Please pay 50% up front (will be invoiced shortly after order placement) so we can get started on your order and 50% within 24 hours after you’ve received your merchandise (will be invoiced when we ship your order).
Full payment up front will be rewarded with a 1% discount on the full order.
Please be aware that we will charge 3% interest per month on outstanding balances of late invoices.
We reserve the right to alter product prices at any time unless prior invoiced.
Shipping & Handling
Shipping is not included in the cost of goods and will be charged on each invoice at a rate of 5.5% per invoice total, a minimum charge of $8.00 will apply.
We are shipping USPS, UPS or FedEx.
We offer delivery in certain areas within Oklahoma. Delivery rates depend on the city of the delivery and increase with distance to our location in Guthrie, OK.
Guthrie, OK: $15.50
Edmond, OK: $23.50
Orders over $1200 ship free.
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. If your order is damaged in transit or shows manufacturing defects please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to return it within 7 days and we will replace it with new merchandise at no cost to you. Please include photos of any damage to shipping boxes, packaging and merchandise to allow for quick processing of your return.
We currently do not offer buyback unless otherwise agreed.
We ask you to only advertise Dragon Vaults' products at the Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price (MSRP).
Should you decide to offer Dragon Vaults' products at a discount we ask you to not exceed a discount of 15% below MSRP.
Do not disclose and otherwise maintain the confidentiality of all pricing information, terms and advance product information supplied by us.
Any personal information that you provide to us will be treated confidentially and will never be released, sold or rented to any entities or individuals outside of Dragon Vaults.
